Requirements: A strong technical background (B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Life Sciences). Exceptional analytical skills and a natural curiosity for how things work.
The Role: You will support our research teams and clients by managing document retrieval, organizing case files, and assisting with PTAB and litigation preparation. You will ensure all deliverables meet the strict formatting and compliance standards required by top law firms.
Requirements: High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with USPTO procedures, PAIR, and patent dockets.
The Role: Are you a retired engineer, academic, or deep-tech specialist? We frequently partner with domain experts in niche fields (e.g., 1990s telecommunications, legacy codebases, specialized metallurgy) to assist on highly complex invalidation cases.
